Australian and overseas developers seek Tony's extensive property law knowledge, particularly in relation to property development, community titling and tourism.

His advice on the structuring of property developments is wide-ranging and includes advising on complex titling issues, including air space (or volumetric) subdivisions under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act and the Land Title Act. He also advises on the applicability to property projects of the managed investment provisions of the Corporations Act. He has extensive knowledge of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 (Qld) and its applicability to large off-the-plan high-rise developments. He specialises in mixed use developments and layered community titles scheme projects.

Tony acts for the State Government (through the Property Services Group) on the sales of strategic sites and drafting complex tenure documentation.

He represents a number of publicly listed property development companies and has represented clients in major Queensland hotel transactions.

Tony has extensive leasing experience and represents a national retailer in its Australia-wide leasing transactions.

He has been a regular speaker at community titles seminars and is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia.
