In addition to his litigation practice, Malcolm works closely with his commercial and corporate partners to provide practical advice to clients on issues that arise during contract negotiations and at the early stages of any potential dispute.

Malcolm edits the firm's annual 'Contract Law Update' and is a regular presenter of seminars on areas including contractual interpretation; tax disputes; insurance law; indemnity clauses; constitutional law and privilege.
