Alison Baxter has recently returned to Allens Arthur Robinson's Perth practice as a senior associate in its energy and resources group.
An experienced lawyer who specialises in oil and gas, power and mining transactions, Ms Baxter returns to Allens Arthur Robinson from Linklaters in Singapore where she advised on a number of projects, including the proposed funding of an expansion to a major Indonesian coal mine and the sale of Singapore's third power generation corporation.
Before her time in Singapore, Ms Baxter acted for a variety of major oil and gas and mining companies on acquisitions and supply contracts, and for government in relation to energy regulation.
