Allens Arthur Robinson confirms advisory role for electronic communications network

Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) confirms it is acting for a joint venture between New Zealand Stock Exchange, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs JBWere, Macquarie Bank and CommSec regarding an electronic communications network to provide certain trade reporting and crossing services for securities.
AAR Partners involved include Ewen Crouch, Victoria Poole and Fiona Crosbie.
