Allens AGM survey: the results

Earlier this year, we asked our clients to complete a survey on the relevance of the AGM in its current form.
The results of the survey have been collated and a report prepared which we sent to the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC) on 6 August. The survey captured the views of a cross-section of Allens' listed clients, with large, medium and small-cap companies evenly represented. We understand that CAMAC intend to publish a discussion paper on this issue before the end of the year and the hope is that CAMAC will consider the views expressed in the survey when putting together its discussion paper.
