carriage and content services on cable and satellite platforms, and Vimpel-Communications,
the NYSE-listed mobile operator, on telecommunications issues.
Technology

procurement, e-commerce, domain names, dispute resolution and IT aspects of

Our clients include Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, Twentieth

Sport
We advise high-profile sporting organisations on their broadcasting
rights for major international sporting events including advising the
International Olympic Committee on the broadcasting agreements for the 2008
Beijing Olympic Games and Winter and Summer games in 2010 and 2012, IMG on the
broadcasting agreements for the 2011 Rugby World Cup and Victoria Racing Club on
broadcasting issues relating to Australia's premier horse racing event, The
Melbourne Cup.

We have advised a number of clients on a variety of franchising
related issues, including Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin' Donuts, Sime Darby, Ricoh,
RAMS, Dairy Farmers, Ford, KFC and Pizza Hut.

on a wide variety of corporate, intellectual property and regulatory issues. We
also advise The Herald and Weekly Times on intellectual property enforcement and
