Allens has advised Dixon Hospitality on its acquisition of the Beer DeLuxe venues in NSW and Victoria.

Dixon has acquired six venues including those in the entertainment precincts of King Street Wharf in Sydney and Federation Square in Melbourne.

Real Estate Partner Michael Graves and Corporate Partner Emin Altiparmak led the Allens team advising Dixon on the acquisition, which has enabled Dixon to expand its portfolio of pubs further into the eastern States.

'Dixon has a great reputation as a leading non-gaming pub business. The acquisition of Beer DeLuxe expands its business into the craft beer market and adds to its stable of high profile properties,' Michael Graves said.

'It is always exciting to work with a company looking to grow and executing a clear strategy. We're also pleased to be able to team up again with many of the Dixon executives with whom we have a longstanding relationship,' Emin Altiparmak said.
