Allens has appointed Craig Milner as a partner in its market-leading tax advisory team.
An established leader on the corporate tax scene, Craig joins Allens from Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where he had been tax practice leader since 2014.
Craig's appointment bolsters the leadership position of Allens' tax advisory team, which is consistently ranked Band One by Chambers and Partners.

'Craig is known in the market for bringing a commercial, energetic approach to deal execution from a tax perspective, and has a proven track record delivering agreed outcomes across various stakeholder groups in large commercial deals.'
Craig has particular expertise and experience in infrastructure, property and private equity, having recently acted on NSW privatisation, for foreign pension funds, and on property-based investments.

Craig joins Allens on 19 June.
