Allens has advised Sumitomo Australia Pty Ltd (Sumitomo) on its acquisition of Infinite Energy, a Western Australian rooftop solar business.
Infinite Energy operates across various sectors of the WA energy industry, including providing power solutions for large commercial and industrial customers, selling solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery systems to commercial and residential customers and engaging in electricity retailing.
