Allens advises PEP on acquisition of Horizon Global's APAC business

Allens has advised leading Australian private equity firm Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) on the successful acquisition of Horizon Global Corporation's (Horizon Global) Asia Pacific business, for approximately $340 million.

PEP is a leading Australian-based private equity firm, which focuses on buyouts and late stage expansion capital in Australia and New Zealand.

Horizon Global is one of the world's leading manufacturers of branded towing and trailering equipment.
