The Workplace Gender Equality Agency has welcomed Allens' Managing Partner Richard Spurio as a pay equity ambassador.
'Allens has a goal of at least 35 per cent female partners by 2022. To achieve this, we are implementing many initiatives, including continuing to make sure that gender is not a factor in how we pay our people.
