WGEA pay equity ambassador

24 October 2017

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency has welcomed Allens' Managing Partner Richard Spurio as a pay equity ambassador.

'Allens has a goal of at least 35 per cent female partners by 2022. To achieve this, we are implementing many initiatives, including continuing to make sure that gender is not a factor in how we pay our people.

'An equitable, diverse and inclusive culture brings about many benefits to us, our people and our clients, which is why it remains a priority for the firm,' Richard said.

Allens is recognised as an employer of choice for gender diversity (WGEA) and as an LGBTI inclusive workplace (AWEI).
