About Penelope Barclay
Penelope is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial department specialising in funds management and superannuation law.
Penelope has held a number of policy positions in the NSW public sector and has worked in-house, in a legal and compliance role, for an institutional asset manager.
Her experience includes advising on licensing and disclosure issues, including Financial Services Reform related issues, and preparing and reviewing administration and custody agreements. Penelope has made substantial contributions to the firm’s FSR website.
