Her recent experience includes:
  • NULIS and MLC Limited (MySuper class action) – class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria regarding alleged breaches of trustee duties, arising from the Financial Services Royal Commission.
  • PTTEP Australasia (Ashmore Cartier) Pty Ltd (Montara oil spill class action) – class action in the Federal Court arising from a well control incident resulting in an uncontrolled release of oil and gas in the Timor Sea and advising in relation to a related multi-billion dollar claim commenced by the Government of Indonesia in Jakarta.
  • Crown Resorts Limited (Crown AML class action) – class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria in relation to allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct and breach of continuous disclosure obligations related to AML/CTF systems and controls.
  • ASIC s19 examinations – acting for directors and executives in the context of ASIC investigations.
  • American multinational supplier of recreational vehicles – advising in relation to a national product recall of goods potentially containing asbestos.
  • Australian automotive company – in relation to a proposed mandatory recall of vehicles using Takata airbag inflators.
  • Consumer product suppliers and manufacturers including Ford, Mondelez, Woolworths, General Mills, Coles, Energizer, Under Armour and Asahi, in relation to a broad range of matters including product liability, product recalls, regulator engagement, civil penalty enforcement proceedings and advice on compliance with product standards.
