About Noah Obradovic

Noah is Co-head of the Allens' market leading/Band 1 ranked Private Equity Group and a Corporate/M&A Partner. He advises PE and other financial investor clients on all types of cross border leveraged M&A including public and private acquisitions, carve-outs, take privates, consortium deals, distressed acquisitions and disposals.

Noah is sought after by clients who value his technical and commercial excellence on a full range of financial sponsor deal types. He works across sectors, specialising in financial and business services, media/technology and healthcare. He has also advised on a number of high-profile public M&A situations involving some of the leading international and domestic financial investors.

Noah is regarded as one of Australia's leading M&A/PE partners by Legal 500. Prior to joining Allens, Noah was in the PE team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
