About Steve Pemberton
Steve is a commercial lawyer with over 30 years' experience in the financial services, resources, energy and infrastructure fields.
His time with the firm included seven years practising in the firm's offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, and 21 years as a partner (1993-2014). His roles with the firm have included advising financiers on tollroad and other infrastructure projects, and advising resources firms on joint ventures and processing facility developments.
Steve is currently a consultant to the firm, focusing particularly on the financial services sector and on the application of technological solutions to legal practice.
