Working with our clients

Case study: Rolled out a new regulatory regime within a tight time frame

Working with a major international bank on its implementation of the new Banking Code of Practice 2019, we managed 15 work streams, tracked 500+ tasks, identified and followed up on 40+ project issues and risks, and reviewed 100+ key documents in 7 months to ensure our client was compliant with the Code by the set deadline.

Having outsourced the entire project management to Allens, our client was then able to focus on the legal work needed to comply with the new Code.

Case study: Transformed a client's approach to culture and innovation

Against a backdrop of increasing regulatory and media pressure, our client saw both time and cost advantages in reshaping its culture and implementing practices to improve knowledge storage and sharing.

Our dedicated project manager liaised with senior leadership to determine objectives, ran 15+ cross-function interviews to understand the key issues, prepared an efficiency and innovation project plan and made recommendations on the teams and people needed to carry out the project to help drive continuous improvement.

Case study: Supported a client in the face of uncertainty

Faced with a number of serious matters including a product recall, a class action and an ASIC investigation, we were approached for advice and support to help navigate the uncertainty.

We provided secondees in legal, admin and compliance, and a legal project manager to assist with communication, tools, and reporting between each of the teams. This delivered high-quality support, a clearer understanding of the status and costs of each matter and a team of professionals who listened to the client and were ready to provide assistance in any way they could.
