Our LPM team is able to provide support at all stages of the matter lifecycle. We have developed tools to assist with scoping, estimating, planning, tracking and controlling budgets on matters of all sizes and complexity and train our teams to collaborate with clients from the outset to make sure we tailor our services to suit each individual client. This means our clients can be confident that their matter is under control and that we are mindful of costs being spent and deadlines being met.
Our LPM team includes qualified legal project management and business process improvement experts that are trained in various methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and Business Process Modelling. The LPM team provides in-house legal project management training to our staff (comprising partners, lawyers, secretaries and legal technology specialists) and our clients, so that day-to-day, our clients get the benefit of improved efficiency and matter management.
