About Emmanuel Iconomidis
As the Head of Paralegal and Business Services, Emmanuel is responsible for overseeing the operation and allocation of paralegal resources nationally. He also coordinates and executes business projects for Integrated Legal Solutions to ensure efficient operation and high quality service delivery of the group.
After joining the firm in April 1990, Emmanuel moved into the Integrated Legal Services ILS team in 1992, where he worked as a project coordinator before being promoted to Brisbane ILS Manager in September 2003. This involved working closely with both legal and Integrated Legal Solutions teams to ensure processes were managed efficiently and that the desired outcomes were achieved.
Emmanuel's particular strengths are his organizational skills, leadership skills and remote management experience. With over 25 years' experience in the Legal Technology industry, he understands how important it is to have communication, cooperation and commitment in a team so that objectives are met. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management.
