- Financial Services Regulation
We're always looking to the future, and we're here to ensure you know what regulatory challenges are around the corner for your business.
Regulatory reform has been extending its reach into all sectors of the financial services industry and beyond, including technology providers, media organisations and more. Against a backdrop of continuing change and scrutiny, it is vital that clients have access to recognised experts for advice on all aspects of financial services regulation.
How we can help
Understanding challenges across the board
Since financial services regulation requires expertise in a range of disciplines, the Allens team is drawn from a number of specialist areas – banking, corporate (including M&A), disputes and regulatory investigations. We also look to our competition, technology, and tax partners for their expertise whenever we think it can help our financial services clients.
Our team is an extension of yours
With expertise in the regulation of banks, insurers, superannuation funds and wealth managers, our team works closely with clients to deliver strategic, technical and commercial advice. We help our clients in all aspects of their business – from licensing, payment systems, product design and distribution, governance and compliance, to managing breaches and working with regulators all the way through to regulatory investigations and disputes and M&A transactions.
Starting the conversation
Our team publishes Unravelled, a market-leading review of Financial Services. The purpose of Unravelled is to not only keep our clients up to date, but prompt discussion and debate about what the financial services industry should look like.
