About Robert Lau

Rob has extensive experience advising borrowers, sponsors and lenders on a wide range of debt financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border. His practice focuses on corporate finance, real estate finance and leverage finance.

Having worked at top-tier law firms in Australia and a tier-one firm in London, Rob brings deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements. He has been recognised in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for Banking and Finance since 2023.
