Introducing our newest partners

One of my first official duties as Chair was to announce the appointment of our eight newest partners.

Becoming a partner at Allens is a journey marked by dedication, hard work and an unwavering commitment to excellence. It's a path filled with challenges and triumphs, where each step brings new opportunities for growth and learning. For those who reach this milestone, it is not just a professional achievement but also a deeply personal moment—one that they, their families and colleagues will remember forever.

As many of you know from your own experiences, the path to partnership is about more than just legal expertise. It requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and priorities and consistently delivering exceptional service. Our new partners have exemplified these qualities throughout their careers at Allens.

This appointment bolsters our capabilities across several critical practice areas, addressing our clients' evolving needs to navigate regulatory complexities, manage risks and explore new growth opportunities. This strategic expansion ensures we remain at the forefront of providing top-tier legal services in these dynamic times.

Additionally, earlier this year we had the pleasure of welcoming real estate Partner Carrie Rogers to the partnership.

I am also particularly proud to highlight that, as of 1 July 2025, women will represent 41.7% of our partnership. This significant achievement underscores our commitment to diversity and inclusion within Allens.

Together, we celebrate these milestones and look forward to even greater achievements ahead.
