Medium meeting room

Join a meeting

1. Tap the room console to activate it.
2. Tap the Join button.

Note: If your meeting does not display, use your laptop to invite the room.

Once you have invited the room it can take a minute to display on the main screen/s.

No Join button?

1. On the Console tap the Place a Call button.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap the Keyboard button.
   
   
   
   
3. Type in the Teams conference details.
   
   
4. Press the Call button.
   
   
5. You will then be prompted to enter Video Conference ID
   Click on the dial pad.
   
   
6. Enter the Video Conference ID followed by the #(Pound) key.
   
   

The meeting should then commence and display on screen
