- Project EnergyConnect: Transgrid as the joint electricity transmission network provider in relation to the procurement and construction of Project EnergyConnect, a 900km energy interconnector between South Australia and NSW, with an added connection to Victoria
- Marinus Link: the Tasmanian Government in relation to the proposed Marinus Link
- Snowy Hydro Limited: on the procurement, development and construction of the multi-billion dollar Snowy 2.0 pumped storage capacity upgrade project, including on the initial procurement and delivery
- Kidston Stage 2 Pumped Hydro Project: the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility on the development and project financing of Stage 2 of the Kidston Pumped Hydro project
- Oven Mountain Pumped Hydro: Alinta Energy on all aspects of the procurement and delivery of the Oven Mountain Pumped Hydro project
- Muswellbrook Pumped Hydro Pty Ltd: the Idemitsu and AGL joint venture on all aspects of the procurement and delivery of the Muswellbrook Pumped Hydro project
- Queensland Hydro: on early procurement for the Borumba and Pioneer-Burdekin Pumped Hydro projects
- Mt Rawdon Pumped Hydro: on early procurement for the Mt Rawdon Pumped Hydro project
- Apsley BESS: BW ESS on the procurement and development of the 120MW BESS, including in relation to contract documentation for the EPC stream
- Zero Emissions Buses Project: Transport for NSW on all aspects of this multi-billion dollar program to transition the state’s 8000+ diesel and natural gas public transport buses to zero emissions technology
- Glenrowan Solar Farm: the financiers on the greenfield project financing of the 102 MWac/130MWdc Glenrowan solar farm in northern Victoria
- Midkin Solar Farm: Australian Food and Fibre on various supply agreements in relation to the development of the 5MW Midkin Solar Farm
- Novocastrian Offshore Wind Farm: advising Equinor and Oceanex on early procurement packages for the Novocastrian Offshore Wind Farm.
Transport
- Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport PPP: Sydney Metro Airport on the delivery of $3.83 billion Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance PPP for the Western Sydney Airport metro line
- Sydney Light Rail: Aware Super on Sydney Light Rail sale
- Melbourne Metro: John Holland in relation to the sale of Lendlease Engineering
- M7-M12 Integration PPP: the financiers on the M7-M12 Integration project documents, the market-led proposal submitted by the joint venture comprising Transurban Group, Queensland Investment Corporation and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board
- WestConnex PPP: on various issues relating to the delivery of the M4, M8 and M4-M5 Link Motorway, including the future integration of those roads with the Sydney Gateway, M6 and Western Harbour Tunnel projects; Isabel also completed a secondment at WestConnex, advising the WestConnex and Transurban business on the administration of the key project contracts, interface arrangements and associated infrastructure projects and claims
- Transport for NSW: on all aspects of the procurement of various road projects across NSW, including M5 and Richmond Road Upgrade Projects, Coffs Harbour Bypass Pacific Highway Upgrade, M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace Extension, M5 Westbound Traffic Upgrade Project, Fifteenth Avenue Upgrade Project; additionally on contentious work in relation to a range of road projects across NSW
- West Gate Tunnel Project: on secondment, on various issues relating to the delivery of the West Gate Tunnel Project, with a specific focus on completion, commissioning and integration matters
- Lane Cove Tunnel and M2 Motorways: on Transurban's incident response and maintenance arrangements for Lane Cove Tunnel and M2 Motorway
- Gateway Upgrade Project: Transurban on a range of contractual matters relating to the Gateway Upgrade Project
- ProjectCo: on a multi-billion dollar expert determination arising out of a major infrastructure project in NSW.
Development
- Stockland Waterloo Development: on its successful bid to Homes NSW for the renewal of the Waterloo Estate into a mixed-use development, including social, affordable and private housing as well as improved community facilities
- LOGOS: the LOGOS consortium on the $1.67 billion acquisition of the warehousing and property components of Qube's Moorebank Logistics Park
- Central Barangaroo: Aqualand in relation to all aspects of a consortium-led bid to secure the rights to develop the $2 billion final stage of the 5.2 hectare Central Barangaroo site, as well as its step-in as developer for the project
- Parkes Special Activation Precincts (SAPs): Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation in relation to the Parkes and Wagga SAPs, including the Stage 1 Enabling Works and proposal for a Waste to Energy facility for the Parkes SAP
- Moore SAPs: advising Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation in relation to the Parkes and Wagga SAPs, including the Stage 1 Enabling Works and proposal for a Waste to Energy facility for the Parkes SAP
- Steamships: on the construction and development of the Harbourside South project, Port Moresby, PNG
- Australian Olympic Committee: on the construction and development of a Winter Sport Training Facility
- Developer: on a multi-million dollar dispute arising out of a defective residential apartment development
- The Glen for Women (Gulgul Nyugang): on a pro bono basis in relation to the procurement and construction of a drug and alcohol rehabilitation and treatment centre
- Bankstown Airport: on embedded network arrangements, including registrations and customer contracts
- Goodman: on embedded network arrangements, including registrations and customer contracts.
Defence
- AUKUS: ASC Pty Ltd as the Australian shipbuilder entity and sustainer for the SSN-AUKUS submarines
- Attack Class Submarine Program: Naval Group and Naval Group Australia on all aspects of its role in designing and delivering 12 submarines for the Commonwealth's $80 billion Future Submarine Program, Australia's largest-ever defence procurement, including negotiations with the Commonwealth, the Strategic Partnering Agreement, infrastructure development, asset security, subcontracting and procurement arrangements and ongoing implementation of the program
- Contractors: various defence contractors in relation to the procurement of military material, including under ASDEFCON contracts.
Industrial / Water
- Sydney Desalination Plant Expansion Project: Sydney Desalination Plant on all aspects of the procurement for the design and construction of its expansion
- Water Infrastructure NSW: on the transition and delivery of water infrastructure projects from WaterNSW to Water Infrastructure NSW, within the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment
- Water Infrastructure NSW: on a program alliance for the Dungowan Dam project and the Wyangala Dam wall raising project
- Lower Murray – Locks 8 and 9 Project: advising Water Infrastructure NSW on Delivery Deed with South Australia Water.
