About Liz Fernando
With a clear focus on the client's experience, Liz and her team work with lawyers and clients to implement best practice matter management ensuring proper planning and execution, typically to difficult timeframes and controlled budgets.
Liz identifies ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing matters, such as utilising technology and techniques for effective collaboration and communication and delivering training to increase project management skills. She holds an Agile Project Management (AgilePM) certification.
Liz has over 20 years of experience in private practice. Prior to leading the Legal Project Management team, Liz was a real estate transaction lawyer specialising in structured property transactions, advising government bodies, property developers and other private sector clients on general property matters, leasing, acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and residential property, including contaminated land.
