About Lisa Kozaris
Lisa is a Partner and Chief Digital & Legal Solutions Officer at Allens. She leads a large, multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering the firm's digital and AI transformation strategy, including the application of artificial intelligence, analytics and automation tools to drive value in the delivery of legal services. Leading Allens' digital delivery function, Lisa oversees a team of eDiscovery specialists, product developers, data scientists and legal engineers who work alongside our lawyers to deliver services in new and innovative ways.
Lisa works alongside clients as they navigate the opportunities that AI and digital transformation present. This includes supporting clients to drive productivity through embedding artificial intelligence across their corporate legal functions, developing the digital literacy of their lawyers, and establishing best practice governance principles.
Drawing on her deep experience at the intersection of law, technology and operations, Lisa regularly consults with courts and regulators on the application of complex technologies. She is a recognised thought leader in the industry and frequently speaks at conferences and AI leadership forums across Australia.
