About Kimberley Lowrie
Kimberley is a Managing Associate in Allens' market-leading/Band 1-ranked Private Equity Group. She advises private equity and other financial investor clients on all types of cross border leveraged M&A, including public and private acquisitions, carve-outs, take privates, consortium deals, distressed acquisitions and disposals.
Kimberley has extensive experience advising some of the largest private capital sponsors globally, having also worked in the private equity teams of Linklaters LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London.
Kimberley's recent experience includes advising:
- Livingbridge: on the proposed sale of Waste Services Group to The Carlyle Group
- Brookfield: on the sale of Aveo Group to Scape for $3.85bn, Australia's largest ever direct real estate M&A transaction
- KKR: on its acquisition of ProTen, one of the largest agricultural infrastructure businesses in Australia, from Aware Super
- Bain Capital led consortium: on its combination of its wholly-owned Accolade Wines with Pernod Ricard's Australian, New Zealand and Spanish wine businesses
- TPG Telecom: on the $5.25bn sale of its fibre network infrastructure and its enterprise, government and wholesale fixed line business to Vocus Group Limited
- MySAS, an investment fund established by Macquarie Asset Management: on the acquisition of Enliven Housing, an NDIS accommodation provider
