Banking and Finance
  • Vingroup, Vinhomes, Vincom Retail and Vinfast: advising international investors and lenders on various investment and financing transactions relating to Vingroup and its subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Masan: advising international lenders on various financing transactions relating to Masan Group Corporation and its subsidiaries
  • Novaland: advising an international lender on the restructuring of its debt financing to Novaland
  • International banks and lenders (Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, HSBC, Credit Suisse, UBS, SeaTown, Varde, Tahan, Avenue Capital): on their financing transactions in Vietnam.
