  • ZEN Energy: on the creation of ZEBRE, a battery and solar investment platform owned jointly with $1.3bn Taiwan-listed renewable energy company, HDRE
  • KKR: on its previously proposed acquisition of Perpetual’s corporate trust and wealth management businesses for $2.175bn*
  • Sigma Healthcare: on its reverse takeover of Chemist Warehouse and its related equity capital raising*
