- Rio Tinto on the development of the Simandou project in Guinea.
- Rio Tinto on the sale of Dampier Salt's Lake MacLeod salt / gypsum operations.
- Woodside on a range of LNG sale and purchase arrangements, including advising on:
- a long-term LNG sale and purchase agreement with PETRONAS; and
- two long-term LNG sale and purchase agreements with Commonwealth LNG.
- Woodside on a range of long-term / spot domestic gas sale and purchase agreements.
- Santos on the divestment of offshore oil and gas assets in Australia.
- IOC in respect of its LNG operations in Papua New Guinea.
- Woodside on its participation in the NeoSmelt joint venture with Rio Tinto, BlueScope, BHP and Mitsui.
