Our recent experience includes:

• acting for McGrathNicol + Partners as administrators of LIFT Capital
• advised Shell in relation to its sale of North West Shelf oil assets to Woodside for A$440 million including equity stakes in the Cossack, Wanaea, Lambert and Hermes oilfields, the Cossack Pioneer floating production facility and oil exploration interests within a tieback distance to the Cossack Pioneer
• acted for the successful Macquarie Bank led consortium for a public private partnership to build, own and operate the Mindarie Regional Council resource recovery facility
• acted for Great Southern Limited in its acquisition of plantation interests and a 50 percent shareholding in a Bunbury Woodchip Mill from Hansol HomeDeco Limited and a number of Australian partnerships
• acted for Main Roads on the design and construct contract for a project involving the upgrade of four separate sections of Great Northern Highway in the Kimberley region
• acted for the WA State Government in connection with the Request for proposals for the Oakajee deep water port Project
• advising The Griffin Group on all legal aspects for the design, construction, commissioning (EPC) and financing of Bluewaters Units 1 & 2 project being a 416 KW coal fired Power Station near Collie, in the south west of the State
• advising The Kansai Electric Power Company, one of Japan's major energy utilities, in connection with its investment in both upstream and downstream aspects of the Pluto LNG Project being developed on WA's Burrup Peninsula
• advising the Public Transport Authority on various contractual claims and contract administration issues on various packages on the NewMetro Rail Project
• advising Dampier Bunbury Pipeline in connection with its Access Arrangement and pipeline expansion capital works program
• advised New Zealand co-operative Ravensdown on its merger with United Farmers Co-operative
