As a law graduate, you will participate in a program that aims to provide you with a balance of legal work, structured training and skills development. In addition to legal training, our law graduates receive training in personal, business and commercial skills.
Transactional experience will provide you with the opportunity to work with partners and senior associates on the detail that brings together some of our major transactions and matters.
Our alliance with leading law firm Linklaters will deliver that for us and our clients. We will combine the depth and breadth of expertise in both firms to provide better service for our clients. The alliance is focused on growth with a particular focus on: investment flows between Asia and Australia; energy, resources and infrastructure; and emerging markets in Asia. You may have the opportunity to work overseas with the alliance expanding the Allens network to 36 offices across 26 countries.
If you are interested in further study, the firm has a study assistance policy in place where it will contribute to the cost of the study, provided it is related to the area in which you practise. Alternatively, in specified circumstances, the firm may grant leave of absence to undertake other opportunities, including further study abroad or interstate.
