• acting as Thai special counsel in connection with the listing of Salamander Energy on the London Stock Exchange;
• advising the Office of Agricultural Futures Trading Commission on the establishment of a regulatory regime, including settlement, clearance and market surveillance;
• advising KIN (a subsidiary of the TRUE Corporation) in relation to the acquisition of United Broadcasting Corporation (UBC);
• acting for Central & City Developments Group of Companies in the development of an integrated resort project in Bangkok;
• representing International Finance Corporation of the World Bank in a THB25 billion claim in the Intellectual Property and International Trade Court in connection with TPI's loan debts.
