Murdoch University PPP
Advised the lead arranger to the financing of Campus Living Villages' Murdoch University accommodation project.

Southbank Education Training Precinct
Acted for the Royal Bank of Scotland plc who provided an A$58.7 million facility to finance the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a student accommodation and serviced apartments complex in Brisbane's Southbank Education Training Precinct.

ANU student accommodation project
Advised the consortium, led by RBS, in the development and structured financing Stage 2 of the ANU student accommodation project. The deal involved the financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of 500 beds and commercial facilities on the ANU campus.

University of Canberra Residences Accommodation PPP
Advised the lenders on Campus Living Villages' accommodation project at the University of Canberra.

University of Western Sydney project
Advised the financier to Campus Living Villages' development of accommodation at the University of Western Sydney.

University of New South Wales Postgraduate Village
Advised the lenders to Glebe Administration Board's development of the New College of the University of New South Wales Postgraduate Village.

Investa Property Group
Advised a lending group led by Morgan Stanley, Citibank and Credit Suisse, on financing Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund's A$6.5 billion acquisition of Investa Property Group.

Hedley
Advised ANZ in lending A$850 million to Hedley Leisure and Gaming Property Trust in connection with the listing of the Hedley Leisure and Gaming Property Trust.

Goodman Group
Advised Goodman International on the A$5 billion global refinancing of the Goodman Group. Also advised Goodman Hong Kong Real Estate on the HK$370 million financing for the purchase of the lower portion of an industrial and office building in Hong Kong.

Wholesale Real Estate Fund
Advised Macquarie Goodman on eight loan facilities for HK$1.9 billion property acquisition finance. Subsequently acted for MGW Finance on HK$2 billion senior and HK$4.2 billion subordinated facilities refinanced on the establishment of the Macquarie Goodman Hong Kong Wholesale Fund.

Supermal Karawaci
Advised PT Supermal Karawaci on a complex US$60 million refinancing for an Indonesian property development involving Indonesian, Singaporean, Hong Kong and Dutch security.

Bendigo Bank Headquarters
Advised on the financing of the A$100 million construction, sale and leaseback of Bendigo Bank’s headquarters in Bendigo, Victoria, and related securitisation.

Deutsche Bank Place
Advised the borrower on financing the construction of Deutsche Bank Place.

Delfin Lend Lease
Advised on a number of Delfin Lend Lease residential, retail, commercial and golf course developments including: Edgewater Estate in Melbourne; North Lakes, north of Brisbane; Rouse Hill, Wilton, and St Marys in Sydney; and a 1,000-lot residential subdivision adjacent to Twin Waters resort on the Sunshine Coast.

Kawana Waters
Advised on this development of about 1,380 hectares in the coastal area between Caloundra and Mooloolaba, Queensland, involving approximately 7,000 residential allotments, a town centre, various community facilities, a major arterial road and various canals and lakes.

Raffles Hotel
Acted for CSFB, as agent, administrative agent, mandated lead arranger, sole bookrunner, and lender, in the financing of the Raffles Hotel Business.

Rhodes Development
Acted on multiple stages of the Rhodes Peninsula development, including advising the developer in financing the construction of residential units, and the lenders on A$65 million financing of Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre and A$90 million Residential Stage 1 development.
