Our Legal Product Lab designed a unique solution unrivalled by anything else in the market - Chronology Plus. The digital, user-friendly tool enables real-time collaboration, integrated chronologies and automated reporting to streamline investigations and strengthen legal strategy.

Using data analysis visualisations for fraud detection for a major financial services client

Our legal and Innovation & Digital teams developed an engaging, interactive visualisation solution that enabled the analysis of more than 45,000 global entities together with transaction data. This approach made the otherwise impossible identification of 'red flags' achievable and cost effective for our lawyers — allowing them to pin point concerning relationships between entities across transactions. 

Speeding up M&A sales through automation

We used in-house solution SmartCompile™ to streamline due diligence for Healthe Care’s sale of 12 hospitals, accelerating service delivery, reducing costs and enhancing transaction efficiency.
