In brief

The Federal Government's Competition Policy Bill, which contains its response to the Harper Review's broader recommendations on competition law and policy, will make significant changes to Australian competition laws.

Our Competition Law team has analysed the implications of the Competition Policy Bill and the Misuse of Market Power Bill, both of which are expected to be expeditiously progressed through Parliament when it reconvenes in May.
