Allens has advised Multiplex on procurement packages for Atlas Melbourne, a $525 million residential development at 383 La Trobe Street in the Melbourne CBD.
Developed by SP Setia, the 72-storey tower will deliver more than 850 apartments and will be one of the first major residential towers to break ground in the Melbourne CBD in recent years.
‘Atlas is a significant addition to Melbourne’s residential pipeline and reflects continued investment in major developments despite challenging conditions, particularly in Victoria,’ said partner David Donnelly.
The matter builds on Allens’ longstanding relationship with Multiplex, including advising on its successful bid to build the Australian Institute for Infectious Disease and the $800 million AURA tower at Melbourne Square.
