Phil is a technology, media and telecommunications specialist, with extensive experience in critical technology infrastructure and digital infrastructure assets, major technology procurement, and data and complex technology contracting.
He advises large corporates, and scale-ups and emerging companies, on how to build, deploy and defend technology in key sectors essential to the national interest and sovereign capability, including healthcare, defence, aerospace and critical digital infrastructure.

- TAB New Zealand on its NZ$1.1 billion, 25-year strategic partnering arrangement with Entin plc, unlocking guaranteed funding while outsourcing the operational management of TAB NZ's betting, broadcasting and gaming operations, and authorising Entain plc as the sole entity to conduct racing and sports betting in New Zealand
