Ross has more than 20 years of experience handling commercial disputes. His major work has included class actions, securities litigation, regulatory investigations, banking disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence and product liability matters.
Ross led a team of lawyers defending the shareholder class action brought against Aristocrat. This was the first matter of its type to proceed to trial in Australia. He is currently acting in relation to the defence of a number of other class actions.
Ross has also worked with clients in relation to international business obligations, including anti-corruption and sanctions. He has advised clients involved in investigations of this nature as well as in relation to policies and compliance structures.
Ross acts for Westpac, KPMG, Vodafone, Du Pont, Citi, Chubb and Aristocrat.

Ross is a member of the International Association of Defence Counsel, the Defence Research Institute, the International Bar Association and the National Product Liability Association.
