Webinar: Scattered Spider cybersecurity attacks

Scattered Spider is one of the more prolific cybercrime groups targeting companies across the US, UK and Australia—often working its way through entire sectors before moving to the next.

Scattered Spider is known for targeting large companies, using social engineering to gain initial access, deceiving IT help desks, and leveraging commercial tools and trusted systems which can slow detection and challenge response efforts.  The group also has a tendency to make large ransom demands and undertake harassment campaigns to pressure decision makers to pay.

Our Head of Cyber, Valeska Bloch, recently spoke on a panel with Charles Carmakal, the CTO of Mandiant and Cyber partners from Crowell & Moring in the US and UK about the specific attributes of Scattered Spider attacks and the steps you can take now to prepare for them both internally and throughout your supply chain.
