RSS feeds

What is RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is an alternative means of accessing the vast amount of information that now exists on the web. Instead of browsing websites for information of interest, RSS technology pushes this information to you via subscription, called a 'feed'.

How do I receive RSS feeds?

There are several ways to access RSS feeds:

  1. With an RSS enabled browser (Firefox, Opera, Safari or Internet Explorer) simply click on the link for the feeds in which you are interested in the list below.
  2. You can install a feed reader. Most feed readers are free of charge. Some popular ones can be found by searching for 'RSS feed reader' in your preferred search engine. Once you have downloaded and installed a feed reader you can then add your feeds from the list below, following the method for the feed reader you have chosen.
  3. Even if you don't have a feed reader or an RSS enabled browser, clicking on any of the links below will allow you to subscribe to feeds via one of the many web-based RSS readers.
