Allens has advised multinational manufacturing and services conglomerate SK Group on its divestment from Vingroup.
SK Group originally acquired a 6.05% stake in Vingroup in 2019 for approximately US$1 billion, and divested in multiple tranches over the course of 2025. Allens advised on all aspects of the divestment.
