About Liza Greenwood
Liza Greenwood has over 20 years' experience in the legal industry and specialises in innovation, change management and project management.
At Allens, Liza leads strategic transformational programs that create sustained and positive change for lawyers, focusing on skills development and behavioral shifts. Managing a team of innovation experts, she employs best practice methods (design thinking, lean startup and agile) to coach partners and lawyers to surface problems, discover solutions and deliver value to the firm and our clients.
Liza is an adept facilitator and runs workshops and training in:
- human centered design;
- user research and problem discovery;
- ideation and objective setting;
- experimentation; and
- continuous improvement.
She is a qualified in PRINCE2 and Agile PM project management and holds a change management certification.
Passionate about contributing to the future of the legal profession, Liza sits on the Advisory Board of the Legal Innovation & Tech Festival and is a regular speaker and panelist at student and industry events.
