Energy
- NSW Treasury Poles & Wires – one of the lead partners on the State’s privatisation of its transmission and distribution assets by way of long term lease.
- Snowy 2.0 and Hunter Power – Snowy Hydro on the capacity expansion of existing hydro scheme and the new Hunter gas peaking project.
- Transgrid – Transgrid and Lumea on various large scale transmission projects, including Project EnergyConnect.
- Wind, Solar and Battery Projects – Numerous renewable generator and battery projects, including Stockyard Hill (sponsor) Gullen Range (sponsor), Mumbida (financier), Emu Downs (sponsor), Mortons Lane (sponsor), Woodlawn (financier) White Rock (sponsor), Nyngan and Broken Hill (sponsor), Wallgrove Battery.
- EnergyAustralia – Ausgrid on the sale of its electricity and gas retail business to TRUEnergy.
- Wind Farm Privatisations – Queensland Government on the privatisation of the Tarong's and Stanwell's wind farm portfolios: 5 operating wind farms and 14 development sites across the country.
- Colongra Gas Power Station – Snowy Hydro on the purchase of this project.
- Electricity and Gas Purchasing – large energy users on their gas and electricity off-takes including Tomago, Snowy Hydro, nbn, Sydney Trains, TfNSW, Norske Skog, SEQWater, Fletcher Building, Sydney Councils, Glencore; PPA offtake agreements and hedges for Alinta, Snowy Hydro and EnergyAustralia.
- Connection Agreements – connection agreements in every NEM jurisdiction and in the SWIS.
- Embedded networks and generation – Frasers Property Group on the sale and the governing arrangements associated with the tri-generation and embedded network facility at Broadway; embedded networks for various developers including Goodman, Bankstown Airport and Crown.
Defence
- Future Submarine Program – Naval Group on the design and build of the Australian Future Submarines.
- Qantas Defence Services – Northrop Grumman on the acquisition of Qantas Defence Services and various programs.
- Collins Class Submarines and AWD – Raytheon on various programs including its acquisition of the Collins Class Submarines project from Boeing and Air Warfare Destroyer.
- Aviation, Aerospace, Land Forces – various North American, European and Australian Primes on programs in Aerospace, Aviation and Land.
