About Mary McEachern
Mary is the Head of Review Services specialising in project management, large-scale document review and legal technology. She manages a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers and project managers responsible for delivering integrated document solutions for clients. She has significant experience undertaking complex document reviews and has provided document review solutions in the areas of competition law, regulatory investigations, class actions, major litigation, real estate and corporate due diligence as well as significant transactions such as divestitures and initial public offerings.
Prior to this, Mary spent much of her time representing major corporations as a practicing lawyer in areas of general corporate litigation and insolvency in New York and relocated to Australia in 2007.
Mary assists lawyers and clients with the design of document review solutions using flexible resourcing models, eDiscovery methodologies and technology such as Ringtail, expert systems and artificial intelligence. Drawing on her project management experience and AgilePM certification, she can also advise on the development and implementation of efficient and effective processes and procedures to manage risk and cost.
