Maryjane has been involved in some of Australia's best known product liability and occupational health and safety cases including litigation involving tobacco companies, a breast implant manufacturer and an asbestos company.
She has represented leading manufacturing, food and pharmaceutical companies against claims for product defect, contamination, recalls and adverse reactions. She also advises companies on accident response and investigation following serious injuries or fatalities and on health and safety management systems.
She currently combines her practice in product liability, health law and occupational health and safety with her role as a member of the firm's Leadership Team, and as Executive Partner of the Litigation and Intellectual Property Department.
Maryjane is a past president of the National Product Liability Association, and is a member of Chief Executive Women and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
