Allens advises Equinor on collaboration for Bass Offshore Wind Energy Project

Allens has advised Norwegian energy company Equinor on its collaboration with Nexsphere in relation to the Bass Offshore Wind Energy Project.

The Bass Offshore Wind Energy Project, situated in the North-East of Tasmania, will be powered by Tasmania's world-class offshore wind resources. The transaction represents Equinor's second acquisition in the Australian offshore wind sector in 2022.  Allens advised Equinor on all aspects of this transaction.
