'In a relatively quiet ECM market, we have been fortunate to have worked on a significant number of ECM transactions in the back half of the year. We are grateful to our clients – whether they be issuers or underwriters – for entrusting us with their transactions,' said Adrian Amer, Partner.

'Unsurprisingly, from a West Coast standpoint, there has continued to be plenty of activity in the mining and resources sector, particularly with critical minerals. We have deep knowledge of the sector and were delighted to be able to assist our clients', added Bryn Hardcastle, Partner.

Partners and Co-Heads of ECM at Allens, Julian Donnan and Robert Pick, echoed these remarks.
