Allens has advised UK-based private equity firm Livingbridge on the proposed sale of Everlight Radiology to US-based Radiology Partners, following a competitive auction process.
Everlight Radiology is a leading global teleradiology provider, with an international footprint spanning more than 40 countries in a unique round-the-clock or 'follow-the-sun' offering that services hospitals, health systems and imaging centres.
Allens advised Livingbridge throughout the lifecycle of its investment in the business, including the original buyout in 2021. The firm worked closely with alliance firm Linklaters on the transaction, with the Linklaters team led by London-based partners Ben Rodham and Martin Arnal.

The transaction continues a strong run of medical imaging deal activity in Australia. Among others, Allens and Linklaters also recently advised Jardine Matheson on the $3.4 billion acquisition of I-MED Radiology Network from Permira.
