Banking & Finance

An ever-evolving array of finance options, and the entrance of new offshore and institutional lenders, present challenges in keeping on top of market positions and understanding which stand-alone or multi-sourced finance solution will deliver the best outcome to fit your purpose.

How we can help

We work across the full spectrum of financing transactions including project finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, securitisation and debt capital markets, asset finance and corporate and property finance.

We are one of the few firms to feature on every major legal panel in the Australian finance market and we advise some of the world's leading financial institutions, corporates and governments across the Asian region.

Providing insights that are informed by a broad market view

Our team has experience working with existing and emerging funding structures, often playing the leading role in precedent, first-to-market transactions in Australia.

Achieving optimal solutions that combine your objectives and assess all funding options collaboratively

We take a commercial and solutions-focussed approach in order to lead multiple parties with differing interests to a central outcome, efficiently.

A presence where you need us most

Already the leading banking and finance firm in Australia, our push into Asia continues to strengthen on the back of a number of recent transactions in the region. We are able to service the banks, their clients and our own corporate clients, in multi-jurisdictional transactions and with multi-level funding arrangements.
