As Head of the Legal Product Lab, Peter is accountable for the curation and delivery of the Allens innovation project portfolio. The Legal Product Lab team co-creates solutions with clients, lawyers in the firm and legaltech providers. The Lab's solutions transform the way we deliver legal services to save time, reduce cost and improve the lawyer and client experience.
Peter is a passionate advocate for the emerging discipline of Legal Operations and is connected to a number of industry groups and initiatives. With a long history of Legal Technology, process management, knowledge management and automation, Peter has worked on many legal transformation projects operating as a bridge between the Lawyers, Clients and Technologists to get the best outcomes. Peter has implemented many client facing solutions for firms over the years, winning innovation awards for a number of them. They have all had a common theme of streamlining how the work is instructed, reducing the time spent generating documents, streamlining processes and providing real time analytics across portfolios of work.
